Bukit Tinggi Pahang
INFO @ Bukit Tinggi
Colmar Tropicale is the unique French-themed attraction at Bukit Tinggi Resort. It stands 2,600 feet above sea level on 80 acres of natural forestland. The first of its kind in Malaysia, it is modelled after the 16th Century Colmar Village in Alsace, France and has retained the authenticity and European feel of its counterpart. Submerge yourself in the French countryside ambience at Colmar Tropicale as its beautiful architecture and furnishings bring you back to times of yore.
Colmar Tropicale, located in Bukit Tinggi, Pahang, is a replica of a collection of buildings from a northeastern village in France dating back to the 16th Century. Accessible via the picturesque Karak Highway, the resort is only 40 minutes from Kuala Lumpur, and the latest addition to Bukit Tinggi Resort, a renowned multicultural resort destination. The accommodation is an artful combination of old style decor in warm pastel colours matched with modern amenities designed for maximum comfort..
Step through a rustic gateway and a winding Japanese footpath leads you through a beautiful garden to a waterfall, over a bridge spanning a koi pond and up to a Japanese Tea House. Every detail you see captures the spirit of Japanese craftsmanship at its most authentic. Located 3,500 feet above the sea, the Japanese Village is the first of its kind outside Japan. The garden was planned and designed by renowned Japanese architect, Mr Kaio Ariizumi and built by a team of 22 skilled craftsmen from Japan.
